You need to install Windows 7 Password Rescuer on another accessible computer and create a password recovery disk first, then use this disk to recover any Windows 7 user password.
Step 1: Install Windows 7 Password Rescuer on a computer you can login as administrator.
Purchase full Windows 7 Password Rescuer and then you will recieve an email with retail version. You can download it and install it on Windows 10/8.1/8/7/VistaXP/2019/2016/2012/2008/2003/2000 32bit/64bit.
Step 2: Create a Windows 7 password recovery disk.
Run the software and create a Windows 7 password recovery disk by burning to CD/DVD or USB flash drive.
1. Insert a writable CD/DVD disc to CD/DVD-ROM drive or plug in a USB flash drive. Choose the right media type.
2. Select the CD/DVD-RW or USB drive name from pull-down list. Click Begin Burning button to start burning. When successfully complete the burning, transfer the disk to your "locked computer".
Step 3: Insert the Windows 7 password recovery disk to your "locked computer" and set the computer to boot from CD/DVD-ROM or USB drive.

When you save the new setup, your computer will restart automatically and boot from the recovery disk.
Step 4: Reset Windows 7 password as blank.
Computer restarts and boot from CD/USB, Windows 7 Password Rescuer will run and display a friendly interface. You don't need to do anything untill the interface appears.
1. Select a Windows system, just click Windows 7 from list. If there is only one system installed on your computer, skip to 2.
2. All user accounts of Windows 7 will be displayed. Click a user account from list which you want to reset its password.
3. Click Reset button, when a confirm message pops up, click Yes to continue.
The administrator password will be removed and shown "blank". Meanwhile, the administrator will be enabled if it is a disabled account.
4. Click Reboot button. When a confirm massage pops up, eject the Windows 7 Password Recovery disk first (important!), then click Yes. After restarting, you can log on windows 7 without password.
Section Two: Create New Admin Account to Windows 7 without Logging
1. When your computer boot from Windows 7 Password Recovery Disk and the friendly interface appears, click Add User button. A dialog will pops up and you need to type in a new user name and password, then click OK.
2. The new username and password will be shown in list. After rebooting you can login that user account with the password you set.
